Transferring Asset from one EAM org to another without doing Inter-Org Transfer

How to transfer an asset from EAM Org1 to another Org2 using " Move Asset" feature from Self Service Maintenance Page.

I am able to perform a miscellaneous receipt to bring the asset into stock.

Then perform Move Asset from Self Service to move from Org1 to Org2.

But i am not able to acheive the same even when i define an intermediate subinv in EAM Parameters and try to do. It is not automatically creating a misc receipt.
