Remittance Advice in Foreign Language

We are based in UK and currently use Oracle Financials 11i (11.5.10.2 ) and make payments to non-UK suppliers through accounts payable.

We use Oracle functionality to send remittance advices to suppliers via email.

We have started expanding our operations significantly into another country and, to avoid a significant increase in queries, would like to send out remittance advices in our suppliers language (German) for those suppliers in that country (Germany). All other remittance advices will need to remain in English.

Is there any functionality in 11i  that would enable this?  Is this avaialable in r12, as we're upgrading in the coming 18 months.
