R12.1.3 - Employee Update Program

Is there anyway that we can configure or setup this concurrent process to only send a notification to us if an update failed to occur?  I don't believe the process iteself fails.  It just reports what occurred in the output of the process, but compeltes successfully.  There are a lot of these to review just to try to catch data that failed to update for whatever reason.
