Cost Of Goods Sold Account Generation Failed with error : ORA-20002: 3136: Item 'OECOGS/347290' cannot be accessed while synchronous process in progress.

This is happening on InterCompany Orders whereby they are shipping from another Organization's warehouse.

If I set the OM: Generate Cost of Goods Sold Account to Generate Default Account - it works as it pulls the COGS account from the Transaction Type.
We have a customization to make segment 6 show the country segment but our "custom" workflow is failing while calling the exact same procedure as the seeded Generate COGS Account from Order type so we have no idea why it's falling over.
