What's the sequence of events between ASR-Manager and Oracle and notification_traps to a local SNMP

Hello,
What's the sequence diagram (or equivalent description) of events related to ASR-Manager X (Oracle and notification_traps to a local SNMP monitor)
Maybe another way to rephrase the question could be: What's the exact sequence (the order) or when the snmp notification_traps are sent in relation to the dialog between ASR-Manager and the local snmp monitor?

For example: Are snmp traps sent right away (or "in parallel") while trying to register a SR at Oracle?
