SRSS 4.2 Installation guide?

I've come across a fair amount of outdated links on sunrays.org and even MOS articles.

I've managed to find the PDF for SRSS 4.2 (Admin and installation guides).

Would anyone have a working link/Article ID for an HTML version of the installation guide, please?

I find this is very easy to work from and share with other admins. There was a great version we used up until last summer: http://wikis.sun.com/display/SRSS4dot2/Sun+Ray+Server+Software+4.2+Installation+and+Configuration+Guide+(Linux)
