Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Create New Sales Order from ETO

Hi,

Using JD Edwards 9.0 E1, Engineering to Order process. We are using two different versions of ETO application (P31P001).

P31P001 (SYS0001) - In processing options versions - P4210 (SALE0001) - Doc Type - SO

P31P001 (SYS0002) - In Processing options versions - P4210 (SAL0002) - Doc Type - SV

We are using Two versions to create different sales order types for business needs.

Now User used wrong version of P31P001, & created wrong sales order type.

How we can cancel / replace sales order & order type from attributes of P31P001?

If I cancel order from P4210, system is cancelling line in F4211.
