We are currently using Oracle Application Server Integration InterConnect release 10.1.2.0.3. We are in the process of upgrading our hardware and migrating to Red Hat Linux V5.5.

We are installing the following:

New servers (2).

1 DB server, installed with Red Hat Linux v.5.5, 64-bit operating system, 64-bit Oracle.

1 apps server installed with Red Hat Linux v.5.5, 32-bit operating system.

According to Interconnect notes, present version is only compatible with Linux (x86) Red Hat Enterprise Linux 2.1, 3.0

SuSE SLES8, SLES9.

We want to know if Interconnect will be compatible with our new system requirements? What is the next version of Interconnect after 10.1.2.0.3? Is the next version Oracle SOA Suite or do we have a plug-in? I also saw a note for InterConnect Interoperability Feature with Plug-in for BPEL. If we upgrade to the new version, shall we have to redo the installation or will interconnect just be carried over to the new environment without changes and all the intergration points intact?

Howdy, Stranger!
