Manual CIP Asset accounting event doubt

 Hi Folks,
We have created CIP asset  in Quick additions window, added cost being in Source line window.

Now we ran create accounting, when we check financial inquiry, CIP event no accounting entries, where as CIP adjustment event it is showing accounting entries is this correct behavior?
