How to capture pre sales requirement in Oracle Projects

Hi Experts ,

I need to give one demo/Presentation to one of my client . Clients want to capture his typical business flows like from Presales --Operations--Delivery -Closure in Oracle Projects .

Can anybody give me some pointers/white papers/presentations  like how to capture these requirements thru Oracle Projects Functionality .
