Enterprise Manager GC Post Installation Problems

Dear All,I am starting this discussion because I have started learning OEMGC and I will ask questions regarding errors here so that other users starting same task will get help from this discussion. I have successfully installed OEMGC 11 on RHEL 5 64 bit single instance database 11gr2. I am thankful to Mr. Venkat who helped me out from basic post installation errors in starting Oracle Management Server. Now when I have started EMGC, on its main page there are several alerts on main page. Can anyone help me in basic health check of EMGC so that I can start
