Standalone 9.1 with Translations bugs

We have successfully installed the system, the Russian language is displayed normally. But we are immediately faced with the problem in a thin client - incorrect language parameters are passed into the search and select UDC forms, which applied when you click om a visual assistant button of any UDC field. This form shows the description of the various languages in thin client. In a fat client this works good. All works perfect when user have domestic language in settings. I attached some screens of P01012, P4210 and P0092 from thin and fat clients with different language setting.
How can we solve this problem?
