Error Loading Statement in Cash Management

Hi

I don't think the post updated the Orignal time I added this request. The issue I am having is that I get the below error when loading statements in Cash Management. I have opened the periods in AP and GL but our company does not use the Receivables Module. Is not using the Receivables module the cause of this error?

error message

"The GL date that you entered is not in an open or future enterable period in Payables in Receivables. Check the opening and closing balances in the control totals"
