FA query taking long time

Hello All,
We have an FA query .. few months back  it used to run in 15 minutes ,  from last 3  to 4 months its taking double time (25 to 30 mins).. there is not much change in the volume of the data in tables..

Attached the Explain plan.. 

Can you please guide me to tune this query ..
