Report LINK in WSJ for report output

Hello All,

In some of our client I have seen direct link to report output in WSJ i.e. Job Details field shows data in hyperlink format so if user clicks on the link it will open the output.

I know it is in build feature in 9.1 tools release, but my clients are on 8.12 or 9.0 with some 8.98.*.* tools release.

 

I want to know how to implement this prier to 9.1 tools release?
