Apply Hold when price changes

 Hi ,

I want to know is there any functionality to apply holds automatically when the price changes performed in a sales order at the time of booking a sales order.

We have a Credit Check hold functionality applying hold automatically if credit fails for a Customer.

In the same manner, i need to apply hold automatically while booking a sales order if any List price or the Selling price has been changed manually.

If any Setup is there,

please provide me the Steps to follow.
