facing ins-20802 during grid infrastructure instalation for stand alone server

Hi all,
We are installing 11.2.0.3 grid infrastructure for stand alone server. But installation seems struck after throwing error INS-20802(Failed to configure ORACLE net configuration assistant). Need help.
