Thank you, Oracle for taking a step to improve the kluugy(that's a technical term) on the Flash based My Oracle Support, however, I think you need to spend some more time on it before public release.
At least in the old format you were able to link to the docs and leave open then once MOS signed you out and you re-signed in you could refresh the page and see the doc.

Now, this doesn't work

It's bad enough that the support is paid per call(at least the Indian support) and do the minimum to close the call (not provide reasonable Customer Service - MOS has become the punchline in books like the Inside Secrets of DBA's, and others).  Not to mention, links to this doc, or other, then back to doc, to get a simple answer.
