Sales Order Header Stuck in Deferred Status

Hello

I have a sales order having 4 lines and all four lines are closed status and but my sales order header is still in 'Booked' status and workflow sattus is 'Deferred' status. I ran workflow background process with parameters as OEOH, , , Y, Y, Y (asking to process all Deferred lines) but still it is not processed.

Please find the screen shot of the workflow status...
