Persnoalizations doesn't work in assignement screen even after applying the need patch described in

Hello allI am working on upgrade from 11.10.5 to 12.1.3
I am using HR core
the problem arises in the assignment screen
in the upgraded server, Persnoalizations doesn't work in assignment screen.
I searched the metalink and found the patch in the note 1278616.1.
The problem remains arise even after applying the patch.
Can you help with this?
