How can you convert non capital assets?

Trying to load non cap assets via conversion . Set the INTFC_TYPE  =  CN1 and SYSTEM_SOURCE  = CNV with cap threshold ID. The cap threshold is ibeing igorned and all the assets are being capitalized. How can you get these assets loaded for non cap into the ASSET, ASSET_ACQ_DET, and COST_NON_CAP tables?
