Accounts Payable Trial Balance does not show the LOV for Report Definition after upgrade from 11i to

HI,We recently upgraded from 11.5.9 to R12.1.3. When I try to execute the Accounts Payable Trial Balance report from Payable Manager and I click on the list of values for Report Definition, I get a message "No Entries Found for List of Values'. Ideally I should be getting the values for each OU but it is coming as blank.
Do you have any idea about the error.
