Situation: Two persons are requestors on behalf of several other people.

i.e. admin persons (2) are designated as the requisitioners for several other people (8).

The approvers are also, the same two admin persons who are the requisitioners, with the only caveate that they cannot approve their own requistions.

Is this possible to set up?
