Hide Unit Selling Price field

Hi,

Instance: 11.5.10

Requirement - CSR's should not be able to see the Selling Price in Sales Orders. Either hide the selling price field or encrypt with XXXX.XX value. Only Pricing Admin should be able to look at the Selling price in his log in. Can you please help if you have come across such requirement?
