Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hot to change the internal location in customer master ship to site. -- Urgent help please.

Hi,

We had change in address in one of our internal location.

We need to change the same in system, we added one site in customer master for this location, but now system not allowed us to

set the internal location for new site, If we try to remove the internal location in old ship to site. system gives message

" requisition lines present " and not allowed to remove ship to internal location from old site and enter in new site..

We already cancled all IR/ISO to respective site..

We need that IR/ISO transcation should consider the new location address by default rather than old one.
