Order / Delivery Line stuck in 'Interface Trip Stop'
Product version and release is R12.1.3.
We have a case, same as mentioned under Question #1 of "Sales Order Not Backordering Even With Insufficient Inventory Available. [ID 1132554.1]".
All Profile Options are the same as suggested in the document.
Item is 'Reservable' under Inventory TAB (Master level). In one of the Organizations, a user created a sale order for QTY=20; Stock available was 19. Firts it was splitted into 2 lines with QTY as:
Line-1 with QTY as 17 and
Line-2 with QTY as 3. Nothing is backordered.
Status of Line-1 in OE is 'Fulfilled' and 'Interfaced' in Shipping Transactions;
Whereas status of line-2 is 'Picked' in OE and 'Shipped' over there in Shipping Transactions with next-step advising as
