Customer pay with 2 different payment instrument in Sales Order for the same item

Hi,

The company have many stores and they are using JDE sales order when selling items to the customer, some times the customer pay in cash and credit for the same item so does any one know how to handel this?? two payment instrument in the sales order for 1 item .
