STATISTICS_LEVEL and DB_CACHE_ADVISE in 9.2.0.4

   Hi,
    My db is 9.2.0.4

   If I set the STATISTICS_LEVEL = TYPICAL --> enabling all the advisories !  And if I set DB_CACHE_ADVISE = OFF | READY, Oracle still statistics gathering for predicting the behaviour the buffer cache with different cache size ? If it's right, I can turn off DB_CACHE_ADVICE ?
