How to relink oracle Grid infrastructure for standalone server in 11.2.0.3

Hi,
We have a server with 11.2.0.3 standalone server installed .
I have tried to relink the 11.2.0.3 infrastructure_home by following this procedure by running as root:
$GRID_HOME/crs/install/rootcrs.pl -unlock

I got CRS-4013: This command is not supported in a single-node configuration

What is the proper way to relink a 11.2.0.3 GRID_HOME for standalone server ( oracle restart ).
