Cannot enter multiple tax lines in AP

 HI Folks,

So I have an invoice with a line at 6% and a line at 19%. I am entering tax lines manually on AP invoices. I pressed the tax details and entered both lines in there but it only saved the top line so I pressed tax details again and it only came up with the top line but won’t let me enter another line. Screen shots attached.It is not validating as line 

distribution don’t match. Please let me know what you think.
