I/O related performance problem

Hi

I am getting  the below given messages always on    ADDM Performance Analysis


Impact %        Findings

100%  The SGA was inadequately sized, causing additional I/O or hard parses.
94.7     Individual database segments responsible for significant user I/O wait were found.
93.3      SQL statements consuming significant database time were found.
91.9      Individual SQL statements responsible for significant user I/O wait were found.

how do i fix this  would increasing SGA  fix this problem

i cannot do any changes on the Disk / storage device
