Error-EF02 : Detail posting not allowed for this Accounting Flexfield-while importing journals from

Hi Gurus,
We are getting the EF02 error while trying to import journals from legacy system. These journals contain a cost center which was flagged as 'Parent'. First import failed with error EF02, records-1900. The cost center was deflagged as parent and the import was run. Same error EF02 occurred and the records-159.

Please help to import these also.
