User Defined Attribute in Supplier Management Questions (New Page)

I follow the setup with "How To : (Pics) How to Setup Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) Attribute Groups and UDA Attributes to View in a New Supplier Page?", but the Page A cannot be shown in Company Profile of Suppliers.  Why?
