form application built using forms 6i automatically closes upon login on new database 11.1.0.7

Please we need your help..

We have been troubleshooting and researching the internet for 3 weeks now, for solutions/causes on why our legacy applications built using forms 6i crashes/automatically closes upon login on 11.1.0.7 database..

These happens on 2 database (CLP and SEZ)  instance both production instances..

but we have another 11.1.0.7 production database instance (DLP) for a different company, the forms application runs successfully.

For the 2 database instance (CLP and SEZ), we just recently migrated its database from 9.2.0.8 to 11.1.0.7 last april 5-7,2012.

but for the DLP database instance, we migrated it last september 2011 and there were no issues resulted in the migration.
