Oracle Database 11.2.0.3 64-bit doesn´t work with 32-bit Oracle Client 11.2.0.3

Hai,
i have to install an Oracle 11.2.0.3 64-bit Database on a Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit Server.
On this Server have to be a 32-bit Oracle Client.

I installed the database software without creating a database.
Copied the latest OPatch and applied the Patchset 5.
Then i installed the Oracle Client.

Since i installed it, i can´t open the DBCA or the NETCA of the Database.

Have somebody an idea, how i can fix it?

It is installed on a virtual machine and i have snapshots of every step.
