Compare two columns in a report

Hello!  I am very new to this and need assistance on a report.  I understand in my head what I need to do logically but I CAN NOT figure out how to do it in CRM.

 

If my tank rent is equal to my 90 day balance I do not want the customer information to appear on the report.

 I have a field called Tank Rent    "Custom Object 1".TEXT_44  and a field called 90 days balance "- Custom Currency (Account)".CUR_4"
