Reporting at different level and Organisation Hierarchy

Hi,

In the user guide says that one consideration that should be taken into account when designing an Organisation Hierarchy is to report at different level and supports the level of reporting for one or manu organisations rolled up.

Can anybody explain this in more detail? Which reports can be used in Oracle Projects where I can choose the Organisations?
