Is user's responsibility before closing the project to make sure that there are no pending transacti

Hi all,

We hae several issues due Financials is changing the Project's status from Active to Pending to Close. After this status change, pending/no completed transactions (i.e. po receive, invoice, complete wip job) get stuck in the projects interface due project's status "Pending to Close"

Where users can check there are not pending transactions before closing the project?
