Migration E-Business Suite 10.5

Hi,

we have E-Business Suite 10.5 instaled in one server hp-ux, we need move E-Business Suite 10.5 to other machine (also hp-ux), is possible only coping the APPL_TOP from one server to other that E-Business worked ok ...?

we don't have the installers,

for now, the upgrade to 12R isn't possible.
