How do you (performance) monitor your Veritas Storage Foundation elements on Solaris? VxFS and Disk
SAs with Enterprise Manager experience, please lend me a bit of your wisdom.
I've got the Oracle Enterprise Manager Ops Center 11g loaded and watching our server farm (all SPARC). But each machine has a number of VxFS filesystems and Veritas disk groups. How do I do performance monitoring on those down to the I/O utilization level? I know I can go through the pain of listing each attached lun and then on the server side finding out which one goes to which and do it that way - but I want an aggregate view that's simpler. Am I not going to find a plugin to do this through Enterprise Manager or?
