Hi All,

Can someone please help me to configure 10g and 11g databases  using Init.ora or parameter setting which can enchance the performance and or features which are most likely need to be turned on

I am very curious to seek all your help, as we maintain vendor application because of which unable to tune or enhance performance from  "SQL" or Code level so can you please suggest another ways or  methods  to address such issues.
