XML Deposit Advices template

We are on 11.5.10.2.  XML Pub version is 5.6.3.  The check stock on which the Deposit Advices are printed is blank tri-fold self-envelope (8 1/2 x 14 - Legal).  The remittance information is on the top.  The middle section is like a check (marked non-negotiable).  Bottom  section is the envelope address section.  The template is working and looks good except for one thing.  The middle section is not stationary.  The print out shifts up or down depending on how many earnings elements and bank accounts are included in the employee's Remittance section.  There can be up to 25 earnings elements.  How do you
