Re : Inventory Picking Rules ---- R11i / R12

Hi There,
While upgrading from 11i to R12 have any one noticed the difference of Inventory Picking Rule's migration. Can you pls brief about your observations. Has rules migrated successfullly and it worked ? OR was there any work around ?
How exactly is Picking Rules logic derived while Pick Release.
