Hi All,

Asking again your assistance in resolving this allocated quantity for Work Order Manufacturing component Pick-WIP Component Issue. 

When does requested quantity get allocated? How this would be prevented.  We always encounter this problem and we don't know when this issue happens, what particular actions were taken from the User side to get these allocated?

We need to prevent this because  there are items when available quanity is zero because some quantity is getting allocated.  Please help how to resolve, need to restore allocated quantity to available quantity for One step material issue.
