Growing FND_CONC_REQUESTS_FULL table ! what is it?

Hi,

Can someone please help me understand what is the use of APPLSYS.FND_CONC_REQUESTS_FULL table.  I don't find anything in support/google about it. It is one of the most growing segments in my Apps Instance.
