Error in Rebuildable creation - ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Pack

I just created a rebuildable item and received 5qty using miscellaneous receipt in Enterprise Asset Management. However, the transaction shows as error in Install base. The status of the instance is that it is not showing as available in sub inventory. Can someone throw light on the issue? This is tru with a PO receipt as well.
