Multiple offers

Is it possible to apply multiple offers to an order? For ex if I have multiple offers defined in the system and have defined eligibility rules for them. In that case when I create a sales order and more than one offer qualify those conditions, what will happen in that case?

1. Will all the offers be applied?

2. Is it possible to restrict or define the priority and sequence of offers?
