Can not create Assets from Oracle enterprise Install Base

 can not create assets in FA when i try to run "Create Assets : Interface Inventory transactions to Fixed Asset" from responsbility "oracle enterprise install base" the request completed as normal status, but the output contains this error for items "LOCATION for CSI_TRANSACTION_ID : 138851 -- Encountered an error while deriving"
