E 9.1 Demo Language install

Hi,
Is it possible to add language pack to the 9.1 Standalone install if e1 has already been installed using English only CDs?
I used V30798 , V30799 , V30807 , V30808 to install 9.1 Demo , but now Simplified Chinese language is required.
