Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am making XML report throug java con current program. When I am loading XML schema for making RTF report following error is there.

INVALID XML DECLARATION(ERROR NO:-1072896681
